• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research. • Identify new product improvement opportunities. • Develop and maintain a design system for our product with our design team. • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing user preferences.

• Present and defend your design decisions and stick to well-known design guidelines while designing interfaces. Adhere to information security policies of the Bank. • Adhere to change management process. • Responsible for incident handling and management of concerned domain.

• Experience in most phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. • Experience with Figma and its design system features. • Excellent attention to detail • Ms Office, Adobe Suit, Balsamiq and Prototype Tools, Miro boards. • Jira Knowledge is plus.

• Knowledge of Scrum Model • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Have good verbal and written communication skills and documentation.
