Job Description:

  • Cash Management Processing Cash Deposits and withdrawals as defined in MMBL Operation Manual and SBP Prudential Regulations Ensure accuracy of Cash sorting as per SBP Clean notes policy. Identifying and reporting Counterfeited Notes Cash balancing and preparation of closing day end reports ATM replenishment as per SOPs defined in MMBL Manual Cash Remit to and from Head Office as and when required Ensure Exchanging Cash between Tellers in case of more than one teller Vault Operations – Cash and Gold Be the custodian of Petty Cash and Jazz Cash Ensuring compliance with the Bank policy and procedure and local statutory requirements e.g. money laundering guidelines to prevent possible losses, frauds and forgeries & suspicious entries. Be the Custodian of allocated Keys and Stamps Be the custodian, along with the other officer, of security stationary (cheque book, ATM cards, TDR’s, Banker’s Cheque, TTP) Maintain and update of registers (Stock, Cheque Book, Clearing, CBC) along with the other officer Maintenance of Cash Balancing register & preparation of Teller Daily Cash Record; SBP Sheet, Vault Position, Average Sheet & other Cash related reports Maintain Daily Vouchers and Teller Sheets record at branch or to dispatch Head Office as per SOPs Prepare and report CTR/STR/TMF as and when required • Ensuring the Department readiness for Internal/External audit Prepare MIS and reports as required by CSM and Head Office Back up of Customer Service Officer 2. Customer Service Provide over the counter services to Jazz Cash Customers Ensure effective and efficient handling of customers in the branch and provide them services according to the laid down service and quality indicators. Ensure accuracy and observe Turnaround Time (TAT) as per Bank’s Standard Ensure to perform any other assignment/duty as assigned by the Line Manager

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in the field of Business Administration, Commerce, Humanities and Social Sciences. Have a minimum of One year relevant work experience

  • Well acquainted with areas of General Banking and Cash Operations. Sound communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure

  • Good presentation and customer service skills
