Officer Account Onboarding T24

Job Description:

  • Job Responsibilities 1. Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduction of Banking Operations efficiently and consistently. 2. Perform Daily Onboarding task within agreed TAT. 3. Ensure complete understanding of Banking Operations, policies & documentation requirement. 1. 4. Coordination with Operations, Compliance and Risk Management Teams for Approvals on High Risk Accounts (NGO’s, NPO’s, Trusts etc.) 5. Onboard, Monitor and maintain accounts and ensure KYC information is accurate and up to date in internal systems. 6. Preparation and maintenance of dashboards to monitor overall performance in line with the relevant Key Performance Indicators. 7. Compile information to update and generate specified reporting as per standard operating procedures for onwards sharing with the relevant management. 8. Responsibility of Daily Account Onboarding matters as per SOPs. 9. Ensure proper documentation, and strong knowledge of Manuals and Policies.
