Mobilink Microfinance is building a team for retail/corporate deposit mobilization. The RMs will be required to identify and nurture leads, schedule meetings and consultations and pitch our products to potential depositors. We are looking for young and energetic Relationship Managers (RMs) who can cultivate and leverage strong relationships with individuals, SMEs and corporates for our corporate banking and SME division. The candidates must be well-spoken and professional. The base salary offered is market competitive and there is an incentive structure in place that can help you earn above your base salary through bonuses. The salary package will be largely dependent on your previous experience, level of education, and in your ability to deliver. Having sales experience in banking especially retail deposits will be a plus. Having your own transport will also be a plus. Must-haves: • Graduate degree (Bachelors or Masters) • Communication skills (Ability to understand instructions and communicate your own point of view) • Desire to solve problems and create an impact with your work • Willingness to meet targets and comfortable with reaching out to prospective customers • Understanding of our liability products (CA-SA and Term-deposits) Nice to haves: • Previous experience in sales or marketing (banking or other financial products) • Field experience in relationship management, lead identification and lead nurturing • Maintaining/ managing your own portfolio of deposits • Understanding of our asset products However, if you are fresh and willing to build a career in financial services and banking, even then you are encouraged to apply. Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably MBA will be preferable
