Office Account Maintenance

Job Description:

  • • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently. • Keeping a strong follow-up on all the issues reported via emails and providing correct and immediate resolution. • Correspondence and follow ups with internal and external stakeholders for account Maintenance activities. • Ensure to authorize/input account maintenance activities timely and response to branch on their Queries. • Ensure proper documentation and uphold records on daily basis for audit purpose. • Manually Profit Adjustment which has been requested from branches on special rates. • Manual profit Adjustment for special cases of early settlement TDR or Saving Accounts. • Ensured to Authorized Account opening form and other account maintenance activities. • Ensured to Authorized TDR (Term deposit Receipt) and Terminate TDRs. • Coordinate with branches and Vendor for the printing of Cheque book, banker Cheque & TDR. • Perform monthly and daily recon of Cheque book. • Perform monthly recon of TDR and Banker Cheque which are issue to the branches. • Key Custodian of Security stationary and recon of banker Cheque' TDR issue to branches and Cheque book printing. • Input financial or non- financial data in core banking system. • Ensure quality assurance of customer data given in loan file / Ensure 100% accuracy in data input/authorize as per regulatory requirement.

  • • Information and Discrepancies communicate to the branches. • Disbursement of Loans  Commercial Vehicle Loan  House Loan  House Loan (SBP Scheme)  Employee Bike Loan  Employee Personal Loan  Tractor Loan  Running Finance Loan  School Loan  Out Source Bike Loan • Cancellation and Reversal of Loans (Wrong Disbursements / Duplicate on Branch Requests). • Markup Suspension on Deceased Cases. • Changes in Markup Rates (Business Approvals). • Coordination with Business, IT and Credit Departments for Lending/Deposit Operations. • Tractor Booking from Al Ghazi/Millat & Fecto Belarus Tractors (PVT) Limited. • Perform UATs, BRD for system Updation. • Provide proper Guide line to branches relative to Account maintenance activities. • Having good knowledge of all bank’s Operational Manual & Products. • Any other Task Assign by Line Manager
