Assistant Manager - Product Development

Job Description:

  • o Perform market researches to understand market requirements and initiate/design/support product development. o Assist in preparing Policies / Manuals / SOPs / Circulars / Minutes / User Guides / ALCO Approvals / Management Approvals o Assist in training Sales staff on the existing policies, procedures, changes, etc. o Facilitate branch users to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently. o Resolve, Support, Facilitate, Coordinate for Branch issues / queries with respect to Products within stipulated timelines. o Perform required actions (reports/forms/correspondence) to remain in compliant with SBP/Regulator guidelines and requirements. o Document and maintain records for all related activities. o Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.

  • o Total banking experience of 3 years or more with 1-2 years of Product Development. o Must be well versed with Product Development Process flows. o Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution. MBA will be preferable. o Good understanding on microfinance industry

  • o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage activities timely o Have the ability to work independently. o Good analytical, Communication & interpersonal skills.

  • o Good knowledge of Banking Procedures, Policies & Products. o Well versed with SBP regulations. o Previous Product Development experience
