Assistant Manager Administration

Job Description:

  • General Administration, facility management, Travel management ,Contract management and field coordination, Vendor management. Compliance with banks policies & procedures relating to above activities. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution, however MBA will be preferable. Have a minimum of 06 years’ experience of working in General Administration facility management, Travel management ,Contract management, and field coordination.

  • Proficient in MS Office • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work under pressure • Sound communication and interpersonal skills

  • Skilled in Vendor Management, administrative services and coordination. The Candidate should have affective interpersonal and communication skills • Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for department.
