Front Desk Officer

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Visitor Management of Head office, maintaining record of Visitors and greeting guests. Coordination with security Company staff for access management of visitors of executives. Responsible for front desk management of Bank, answering incoming calls of visitors and effective correspondence to the queries. Obtaining E-Mail acknowledgement of printed supplies of branches for the ordered quantities and maintain record. Reservation of Board Rooms/ Meeting rooms for Head office and responding queries.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution. • Have a minimum of 03 years’ experience in guest relationship management.

  • • Sound communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office. • Ability to work under pressure.

  • • Skilled in Guest relationship management. • Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for department.

Job Specifications:
