1) Assist in ensure the gender and social inclusion are adequately addressed and reflected. 2) Regularly Monitor portfolio growth on assigned Special products and come up with strategies to address challenges from time to time. 3) Assist in accomplishing ad hoc assignments/targets as directed by the lead Value Chain business. 4) Develop and Maintain business relationship with the existing corporate clients also responsible for new business leads. 5) Responsible for complete due diligence of business end to end also on board credible entities. 6) Ensure that internal policies of the bank are compiled according to SBP rule & regulations. 7) liaison with the retail banking & ops department for timely opening of the value chain (company/individual) accounts and to remove any discrepancies therein. 8) Identify Risk and categorize all business entities, Registered, Non-Governmental/private/semi private/trust Organizations etc according to MMBL policy. 9) Develop, monitor and present weekly / monthly reporting of segment and share progress with all the stakeholders as and when required. Responsible to achieve monthly targets according to business needs.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution, however MBA will be preferable. • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in deposit banking.

• Possess excellent MS Office skills • Strong Technical & analytical skills • Have the capacity to develop and deliver. • Good understanding of Deposit Banking and its products
