    • • Aid in TNA for front end business banking team in consultation with regions/Branches. Identify digital and innovative tool for developing TNA and mark readiness for priority training programs.
    • • Assist in developing Innovative training delivery models, methods and tools to make training effective, engaging. Assist in developing and collecting data for business case studies with real time in sight for key users at front end
    • • Support in developing individual development plans, & promotional assessment test for assessment Centre.
    • • Develop digital booklet for front end business roles as ready reference and part of learning strategy. Support in developing field level TOT’s and master trainers.
    • • Expert in designing & developing training courses & training module for soft & functional level trainings and ensure periodic review.
    • • Coordinate all physical, virtual training program delivered at field and centralized locations. Ensure feedback & evaluation using digital media.
    • • Identify online and outsourced physical training resources & key development firm for leadership development plan /program and mark nominations in consultation with business team.
    • • Assist in developing annual training calendar, execution strategy & budgeting plan. Also, segregate quarterly/Monthly training activities.
    • • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics or finance. MBA will be preferable.
    • • Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in Training & development, Training management & coordination.
    • • A good understanding of microfinance business and products.
    • • Can travel across regions and centralized training locations for coordination, training program delivery and interaction with field unit.
