Executive Quality Assurance

Job Description:

  • • Performing Branch Self-assessment frequently and observing results and its analysis. • Identify & recommend improvement in Quality standards by visiting Branches in line with Service Quality Guidelines & Standards and also on-spot verification of Self-Assessment submitted by Branches. • Online monitoring of ambiance & activities of assigned branches. • Ensure FTC Training by concerned Managers/CSMs to all new employees before being permitted to interact with customers. • Ensure FTC Training to all concerned Bank employees once in a year. Any other Training needs for staff, if required, may also be highlighted to HR & Training. • Review QMS TATs and share the consolidated report with the line manager, and guide the branches as per SOPs. • Ensure timely rectifications/conclusion of Audit discrepancies/observations and closure of Audit Reports of branches with effective follow up & coordination with the branches. • Guide & advise the branches, as and when approached, for effective rectification of Audit discrepancies in closure of their audit reports. • Ensure closure of Branchless Banking Audit Reports specially related to Service Quality Domain at BB Agent Network. • Review all liability & asset products of the Bank and give candid feedback to the product owner departments. • Gathering PKFS data from the respective branches on assigned frequency. • Monitoring of TATs of branches & HO Departments w.r.t available data and reporting to the concerned departments / branches for taking measures in the light of reported TATs. • Any other task assigned by Line Manager.

  • • Hold Bachelor or preferably Master’s degree from a well reputed institution. • Have at least 1 years of banking experience preferably in relevant field.

  • • Team building skills • Good presentation & communication skills • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to set and manage priorities. • MS Office

  • Communciation skill, Analytical & Report Writing skills are required
