Job Description:
• Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently. • Keeping a strong follow-up on all the issues reported via emails and providing correct and immediate resolution. • Correspondence and follow ups with internal and external stakeholders for account Maintenance activities. • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for any account-related issues. • Maintain accurate and complete records of account information and activities. • Ensure to authorize account maintenance activities timely and response to branch on their Queries. • Support the implementation of new account management technologies and tools. • Identify areas for improvement in account management processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure proper documentation and uphold records on a daily basis for audit purposes. • Ensured to adjust all profit which has been requested from branches in special cases. • Ensured to Authorized/Input TDR (Term deposit Receipt) and Terminate TDRs. • Coordinate with branches and Vendor for the printing of Cheque book, banker Cheque & TDR. • Perform monthly and daily recon of Cheque book. • Perform monthly recon of TDR and Banker Cheque which are issue to the branches. • Key Custodian of Security stationary and recon of banker Cheque' TDR issue to branches and Cheque book printing. • Perform UATs, for system Updation. • Provide proper Guide line to branches relative to Account maintenance activities. • Having good knowledge of all bank’s Operational Manual & Products. • Any other Task Assign by Line Manager

• Knowledge of banking rules and regulations. • Proficient in MS Office. • Ability to work under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of account management tools and technologies. • Strong understanding of security and privacy regulations. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with different stakeholders. • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
