Relationship Officer Liability Sales

Job Description:

  • Responsible to drive and manage the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process in order to meet, exceed portfolio growth and cross sell targets. • Ensure overall assigned portfolio targets are met. • Ensure targeted percentage of portfolio mix i.e. between CASA and Term Deposit is achieved by complying State Bank of Pakistan guidelines. • Identify target customers both locally within the region/ area in order to establish a basis for potential business. • Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients, and develop these into successful, ongoing business relationships. • Ensure field visits with Branch Manager Coordination. • Ensure the objectives are met within Bank policies, procedures, strategies and maintain coordination with internal units of the bank. • Ensure deposit mobilization and NTB account Opening. • A good understanding of Liabilities product and its workability. Must possess knowledge about CASA & bilinear essential to achieve CASA growth. • Self-Starter and self-motivated. • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. • Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships. • Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships. • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices. • Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities. • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients. • Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business. • Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally. • Any task/ assignment assigned by Line/ Branch Manager to be completed in efficient and effective manner. • Statements in this document are intended to reflect, in general, the role and responsibilities of the position, but are not to be interpreted as totally inclusive.

  • Hold a Intermediate/ Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics or finance. MBA will be preferable (Subject to approval). • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations experience within the retail/consumer banking.

  • Knowledge of MMBL’s products/processes and policies. • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for each of the products
