• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Successful completion of full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation projects is advantageous.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and extensions within the Oracle E-Business Suite framework to meet business requirements.
• Create and modify reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other development tools.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations for improving existing systems and processes.
• Identify and address performance issues within the Oracle EBS environment through query optimization, indexing, and other performance tuning techniques.
• Work closely with database administrators to ensure optimal database performance.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle EBS and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and release notes.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for the development team and other stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to test and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer with expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Reconciliation, or others relevant to the organization's business processes.
• Skills:
• Strong programming skills in PL/SQL and Oracle development tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, data structures, and APIs.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle BI Publisher is a plus.
