Assistant Manager Procurement

Job Description:

  • Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies. Hands on experience in Technology procurement. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.  Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. 

  •  4 - 5 years of proven working experience in procurement department.  Expertise in technology procurement.  Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.  Talent in negotiations and networking.  Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.  Experience in collecting and analyzing data.  Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.

  • Bacheclors Preferably SCM Preferably MBA SCM

  • Procurement Supply Chain Management

  • MS Excell, MS Word, PPT (proficient)

  •  Ability to work with subordinates and senior management.  Ability to work under pressure.  Communication skills (English), spoken and written.  Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
