Project Coordinator Core Banking

Job Details:

    • • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
    • • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
    • • Follow-up with internet team
    • • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
    • • Analyze risks and opportunities
    • • Oversee project procurement management
    • • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
    • • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
    • • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
    • • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
    • • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
    • • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
    • • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
    • . Coordinate as per the guideline form the project manager throughout the project lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and closure.
    • • Develops and maintains key project deliverables, project plans, communication plans and status reports.
    • • Manage scope for Core Banking Project.
    • • Perform Impact analysis for changes impacting Core Banking project.
    • • Manage and coordinate implementation of the Core Banking system.
    • • Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
    • • Manage requirements gathering, customizations, Data Migration, testing, training and deployment for Core Banking project.
    • • Work with stakeholders to determine and prioritize project objectives, critical success factors and project risks.
    • • Coordinate with vendors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
    • • Manage Project teams effectively.
    • • Establish healthy working relations and partnerships with Business, vendor and peers.
    • • Follow Standards and guidelines provided by the PMO office
    • • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordinator role
    • • 3-5 years of experience managing external client relationships
    • • University degree in computer science, business or related field required; PMP and/MBA an asset
    • • Strong MS Project, Excel and MS Office skills are mandatory.
