The position holder is responsible to develop, drive and implement bank’s Business partnerships strategy, Alliances and brand ambassadors to develop institutional sales & profitable business growth.
Assist organization to help raise brand awareness, product awareness and corporate partnerships to promote bank’s asset & liability business.
Assist in development & promotion of customize product & services through effective marketing campaigns.
Responsible for Planning, onboarding, managing & monitoring the bank business relations both at distribution network & at corporate level for profitable portfolio generation.
Lead negotiations with potential partners to structure mutually beneficial agreements
Promote & maintain strong relationship with existing & potential partner banks & organizations through effective promotional campaigns.
Responsible for market development & generating business leads for effective B to B and B to C partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor providing insight & guidance on industry trends, best practices & regulatory compliance.
Negotiate contract agreements with clients, also deal with renewals and amendment from time to time, ensuring bank and regulator policies intact.
Responsible to coordinate with Liability sales team & marketing teams to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies through different mediums to achieve desired results.
Supervise brand ambassador program and develop meaningful strategies to generate liability business.
Coordinate and guide front end business team to generate and onboard brand ambassadors.
Responsible for target allocation and achievements of business partnerships & brand ambassador program
Maintain the record of all partnerships & Brand ambassadors at Head office level.
Establish and institutionalize a culture of internal controls and compliance while onboarding & management of Brand ambassadors in line with bank’s policy frame works and state bank’s regulations and guidelines for mitigating all types of operational risks including fraud and forgery.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure projects milestone & objectives are met
& ensure monitoring & Reporting on all projects progress & ensure alignment with bank’s business goals.
Close coordination with corporate communication team to publish content on MMBL’s website, Facebook Page, LinkedIn and other platforms to drive brand / product awareness and attraction of new customers.
Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree but a Master’s degree is preferable.
Have 8-10 plus years of experience in business partnership’s and corporate sales.
Strong managerial/leadership skills;
Client Orientation.
Excellent presentation skills.
