Assistant Manager Talent & Culture will support the development and execution of talent management strategies, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs. This role involves collaborating with various departments to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee experience, and promote the organization’s values and culture.
1. Talent Management:
• Performance Management System Management: Assist in the development and managing of performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Retention: Assist in implementing strategies to retain top talent, including employee recognition programs and career development opportunities.
• Talent Development Programs: Assist in designing and executing talent development programs, including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
2. Culture and Engagement:
• Employee Engagement: Promote a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission. Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Surveys: Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Analysis: Analyze survey results and other data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving employee engagement and culture.
• Calendar Celebration: Organize and participate in cultural and team-building activities, including calendar celebrations and special events.
Employee Well-being: Assist in implementing and promoting programs and initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees.
3. Policy Review and Update:
• Regularly review and update P&O policies to ensure they are current, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Communicate policy changes and updates to employees and provide guidance on policy-related matters.
4. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
• Data Collection: Collect and analyze data related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
• DEI Initiatives: Assist in implementing DEI initiatives and programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
5. Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational culture.
• Recommend and implement improvements to P&O processes and programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and culture development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
