This position is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of all operational activities related to issuance, delivery and maintenance of debit cards, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. This role ensures the compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and industry standards while delivering excellent service to cardholders.
An Executive Debit Cards, will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of ATM card production, handline queries/complaints, coordinate with vendors, monitoring stock, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance, duties will include:
• Process applications for all debit cards branch & branchless by ensuring all required documentation.
• Coordinate with card production vendors to ensure timely production.
• Coordinate with courier for timely delivery of debit cards.
• Handle customer all types of inquiries related to debit card issuance, delivery, activation and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally related to debit cards.
• Provide detailed information and assistance regarding card features, benefits and usage.
• Prepare reports on debit card performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to debit card operations.
• Work closely with the branch & branchless banking teams, customer service and other relevant departments to streamline card operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for card production and related services.
• Monitoring of stock report and restocking of cards as per business plan.
• To complete the additional task, assign by Line Manager in routine or time to time basis.
1. Educational Background
Minimum bachelor’s in banking, business administration, or a related field, preferably Master degree from HEC recognized institute or reputed foreign university.
2. Skills
• Strong knowledge of PSD Regulations and Local and international card schemes.
• Proficiency in card management software and banking systems.
• Having Proficient Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Access & PowerPoint.
• Analytical skills to detect fraud and resolve transaction issues.
• Should have problem-solving skills.
3. Experience
Having at least 4 years of experience and at least 1 year of experience in ADC Operations.
