• To maintain close Coordination with all functional departments for timely provision of data/information required by SBP related to Offsite/Onsite-Inspections of Bank, Adhoc data requirements and regular reporting in a timely manner
• Timely Address queries received from different SBP Departments and maintain a close liaison and strong relationship with SBP’s respective departments for resolution of significant compliance related matters
• Present Bank’s point of view of against significant regulatory matters in front of SBP/Government Authorities
• Conduct Offsite/Onsite Compliance Reviews and ensure extensive follow up and resolution of Non-Compliance issues identified during onsite/offsite reviews
• Maintain a close liaison and working relationship with DFS for addressing Regulatory matters and bottlenecks
• To provide guidance to respective Head Office departments regarding Compliance/Regulatory matters and play an active role in resolution of identified non-compliance & concerns
• To prepare reports/MIS/Dashboards for review of Compliance Department Management for onwards reporting to CCM and BRMCC.
• To Provide Training to Bank Staff on Regulatory requirements
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Departmental Management

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Economics
• Having 4-5 years of total experience of working in with Regulated Institutions/Banks/Financial
