The Associate – Women's Financial Services will play a key role in supporting the bank’s financial inclusion initiatives for women. The position involves assisting in the development and execution of financial products, partnerships, and programs designed to empower women entrepreneurs, enhance financial literacy, and drive sustainable economic impact. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for gender-inclusive banking.
• Assist in designing and implementing financial products tailored for women while supporting initiatives to enhance their access to banking, microfinance, and digital finance, and collaborating on financial literacy and capacity-building programs.
• Collaborate with NGOs, fintechs, and community organizations to enhance outreach and support for women's financial inclusion.
• Engage with field officers and branches to gather customer insights and organize events and networking sessions for women entrepreneurs.
• Analyze data on women’s financial programs to drive informed decision-making, while preparing reports, impact assessments, and presentations, and monitoring KPIs to recommend improvements.
• Develop engaging content for awareness campaigns across digital and print media, highlighting success stories and case studies of women beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility and outreach for women-focused financial initiatives.

• Manage documentation, agreements, and compliance for women's financial programs to ensure regulatory adherence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in banking, microfinance, financial inclusion, or a related domain. Experience in women-focused initiatives is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of microfinance, digital banking, and financial literacy concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to analyse financial and market data.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
