• Design and execute high impact strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention across multiple platforms for bank’s digital channels.
• Establish, track and analyze key digital performance metrics (e.g. DAU, MAU, retention rates, conversion rates, churn, revenue growth).
• Build advanced tracking and monitoring analytics to manage top, middle and bottom of the funnel in close collaboration with Products, Marketing and Engineering.
• Work closely with Products to align growth strategies with product development roadmap including the development of loyalty programs, referral campaigns and other initiatives.
• Lead A/B tests and experimentation to optimize user flows, creatives, landing pages, onboarding experiences and monetization strategies.
• Partner with the Marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns effectively for user acquisition while optimizing ROI and reducing CAC.
• Optimize app store listings (title, description, keywords, visuals) to maximize organic downloads and improve visibility.
• Deep dive into user behavior data and leverage tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel and others to uncover trends, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on digital channels performance and growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in app growth function, digital marketing or performance management role in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Hands-on with processing large data sets using Excel, Power BI, SQL and other data querying techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
