• Build, launch and lead payment products portfolio and ecosystem of the bank.
• Initiate, lead and oversee the development of new products and services in close collaboration with Engineering, Business, Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Operations and other departments.
• Establish, monitor and own key performance indicators to assess success rates, conversions, customer satisfaction and process efficiencies.
• Develop and manage relationships with payment processers, Fintechs, Banks, Regulator and Financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance of payment products, processes and operations with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on identifying new opportunities and aligning payment strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze user behavior to identify new features developments and improvements to enhance user experience and to optimize processes and operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Marketing or CS is a plus).
• Experience: Hands-on experience of 5-7 years with payment products including but not limited to Online Payments, POS Payments, Payment Schemes, Virtual Cards, Payment Gateway and others.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent understating of evolving payment landscape, new technologies and integration architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
