    • • Key Skills:
    • o Experience with FortiGate, Cisco FTD, Sophos Firewall, FortiManager, Data center networking.
    • o Site-to-site IPsec VPN troubleshooting
    • o Knowledge of UTM features.
    • o SDWAN implantations and architecture
    • o Knowledge of Private Cloud concepts
    • o Previous experience in Network and Network Security
    • o Coordination with Internet Service Providers for branches support.
    • • Soft Skills:
    • o Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • • Address operational issues and customer concerns by providing effective solutions and ensuring prompt resolution.
    • • Prepare reports on operational metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
    • • Assist in training new employees and support ongoing development for existing staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
    • • Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring all processes comply with industry and company standards.
    • • Serve as a liaison between staff and senior management, facilitating clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
    • • Assist in managing inventory and resources to ensure availability and operational efficiency.
    • • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.
    • • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Information Security or equivalent experience.
    • • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • • Certifications (Relevant certifications may be preferred): CCNA, CCNP or equivalent
