• What Manager - FP&A - MMBL does?
  • • Monitoring branchwise and productwise P&Ls • Monthly/yearly financial planning and forecasting • Liaise with business counterparts • Perform Revenue Analysis, calculations & reporting • Analysing actual results against forecasts and budgets • Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance • Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulate an argument to be presented to executives • Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making • Any work/task given by the line manager
• What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager - FP&A - MMBL?
  • • MBA from reputed university/ CA /ACCA • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience • Experience in microfinance industry / Fintech is preferable yet not mandatory
