The function is responsible for supporting the development & enhancement of financial products tailored to the needs of clients in the bank. This role involved marketing research, analyzing customer needs & collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions.
• Gather & analyze data on competitor & inductor best practices
• Implement research projects by leveraging internal resources and external agencies to gather critical market insights.
• Discover insights through market competition & movements by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Align or amend product proposition and features to maintain marketing position as well as competitive advantage.
• Ensure multiple research methodologies are adopted for product research and feedback.
Data Analysis & Insights:
• Work with data team to analyze customer transition patterns & behavioral data
• Develop customers personas & segments to inform product customization.
• Use statistical tools to generate actionable insights
Cross Functional Coordination:
• Coordinate with field team, branch staff, marketing, Risk management & IT departments to gather input & test product concepts
• Work closely with digital & operations teams for Tech-enabled product solutions
• Coordination with all stakeholders (Internal/external) in product research process.
Any other task:
• Bank may assign any other related task from time to time
• Hold Master/Bachelor Degree from a reputable Institution in Project Management, Management Sciences, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Economics or any related subject.
• Having experience of more than 1 year in the same capacity
