We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital banking products from concept to launch. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UI/UX, Business, Operations, Risk & Compliance to define product vision, prioritize features and ensure seamless execution. You will be responsible for translating user needs into actionable features, owning the product roadmap and driving performance through data-driven decision-making.
• Initiate, lead and oversee the development of new digital products and services in close collaboration with Engineering, Business, Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Operations and other departments.
• Define user stories with usability criteria. Prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback and technical feasibility.
• Establish, monitor and own key performance indicators to assess success rates, conversions, customer satisfaction and process efficiencies.
• Analyze user behavior to identify new features development, enhancement of user experience and optimization of processes and operations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX team to conduct user research studies, create personas and refine user journeys.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on identifying new opportunities and aligning product strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Marketing or CS is a plus).
• Experience: Hands-on experience of 3-5 years in digital product management space
• Strong grasp of digital product management methodologies, frameworks and concepts.
• Basic familiarity with software development processes.
• Commercial acumen combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
