Officer Credit Initiation Unit

Job Details:

    • . Processing/reviewing and approval of clean (unsecured) & collateralized (Secured) loan files received from branches all over the network in line with Product Program, SBP Prudential Regulations and Bank’s Credit Policy.
    • • Review the cash flow/Financial tool kit with facts & figures as incorporated in credit file for assessment of limit & repayment capacity of the borrower for all cases.
    • • Identification of discrepancies, if any, during processing of loan files received from the branches and communication of same to the branches for rectification and resubmission of same for approval.
    • • Ensure that loan has been approved/discrepant/rejected within given TAT as per agreed SLA.
    • • During processing/reviewing of loan cases, CBC (call back customer) to be done as and when required to confirm/check details /credentials/ credit worthiness of the borrower/applicant.
    • • To ensure that the loan cases received from the field are processed, reviewed, compliance check and approved /sanctioned as per TAT mentioned in product manual.
    • • Ensuring compliance of audit exceptions and compliance of all SBP regulations, the Bank Policies, manuals and SOPs in letter and spirit.
    • • To ensure timely submission of data/details/report relating to credit as and when required by the stakeholders.
    • • Maintain and reporting MIS of credit approvals/rejections/ discrepancies to higher management
    • - Loan files review and approval
    • - Ensure compliance with internal processes, product program and SBP regulations
    • - Ensure processing TAT
    • - Credit MIS maintenance and reporting
    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in the fields of Business Administration/Banking & Finance/ Agriculture/Economics/Accounts.
    • Have 1 to 2 years of credit and / or operations related experience.
    • Essential Skills Micro Finance Banking experience/knowledge Sound communication and interpersonal skills Ability to Work Under Pressure Working knowledge & experience in MS Office Time Management Excellent presentation skills
