    • As a Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's information and technology strategy. This executive position involves not only overseeing the IT department but also aligning technology initiatives with the company's overall business strategy. You will be responsible for leading digital transformation efforts, ensuring that we leverage the latest technologies to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. Your leadership will guide our teams in the development and implementation of robust information systems and data governance policies, transitioning the organization into a data-driven culture. As CIO, you will be tasked with evaluating emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on our business and industry landscape, ensuring that we remain competitive and compliant with relevant regulations set by State Bank of Pakistan. This position requires a visionary leader who can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and inspire a tech-savvy culture that fosters continuous improvement and agility in our processes.
    • • Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • • Oversee the management of the organization's information systems and technology infrastructure.
    • • Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.
    • • Collaborate with the Digital department to enhance digital channels, governance and analytics capabilities.
    • • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve operational performance and competitive advantage.
    • • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirement.
    • • Manage the IT budget, optimizing costs while delivering value to the organization.
    • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
    • • Proven experience as a CIO, CTO, or any senior managerial positions in IT.
    • • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
    • • Strong understanding of digital channels, governance practices and data analytics.
    • • Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on team building.
    • • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps.
    • • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
