Liability Sales Business Development:
• Develop diversified liability portfolio through identification of quality customers to achieve individual & liability sales team targets ensuring Shariah-compliant products.
• Identify new opportunities and facilitate liability sales management in preparing business strategy to capture the market.
• Achievements of monthly liability sales targets. Daily and weekly targets monitoring and planning to ensure the monthly targets are met at any case
• Retention and growth of profitable client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups
• Understand financial needs of individuals/institutions as well as investment needs.
• Educate customers on all products/services that bank offers, to better fulfill the current & future needs of the current/potential customers related to investment matters aligned with Islamic finance principles.
• Ensure effective market and customer coverage.
• Maintain steady growth in market share.
• Identify potential Takaful and develop diversified portfolio.
• Act as brand ambassador at branch level, identify new ventures for building quality relationships in profitable business generation
Portfolio Management
• Deposit portfolio maintenance/management against the defined portfolio quality benchmarks and portfolio max.
• Maintain persistency on renewal portfolios of Bancassurance as specified by regulator.
• Monitor activates of competitors and market trends to proactively reach-out the bank customers for retention in line with Shariah guidelines.

Compliance
• Ensure compliance in sales, service, and delivery to customer particularly in context of Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti Money Laundering (AML) in accordance with Bank policies & regulator guidelines and Shariah compliance.
• Enforcement of internal controls through proper portfolio monitoring and reporting
Service Quality:
• Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers by following bank fair treatment of customer policy.

• Bank may assign any other related task from time to time
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in Management Sciences, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Economics or any related subject
• Have a minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience in Islamic banking highly preferred.
