We are seeking a proactive and experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to join our Finance Transformation Team. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support across Oracle Financials, SCM, Property Manager, and Fixed Assets modules. The role involves bridging gaps between Finance and other departments, understanding business needs, and delivering Oracle-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
🔧 Functional Support & Maintenance
• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules:
o Financials: GL, AP, AR
o SCM: Purchasing, Inventory
o Property Manager
o Fixed Assets
o HRMS
• Resolve functional issues and coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support as needed.
• Monitor system usage and recommend improvements or optimizations.
Business Requirement Analysis
• Engage with Finance and other departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between Oracle capabilities and business needs.
• Document functional specifications and translate them into system configurations.
🧩 Solution Design & Implementation
• Design Oracle-based solutions aligned with Finance transformation goals.
• Configure modules and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Support testing (UAT), training, and deployment of enhancements or new features.
🤝 Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments (e.g., Procurement, Real Estate, IT).
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
• Promote standardization and integration across business processes.
📈 Continuous Improvement & Transformation
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving financial operations.
• Stay updated with Oracle releases and recommend relevant upgrades or patches.
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS / ERP (R12+)
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of key Financial, SCM and Property Managment modules with proven integration experience across other ERP domains
• Educational Background: ACCA, M.Com, Management Sciences, Accounting & Finance, BSc (Hons), MBA, or B.Com (16 Years) from an HEC-recognized
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Oracle EBS Applications with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
• Oracle Certified Professional (optional)
• Business requirement gathering & functional GAP analysis
• Documentation of process configuration
• Test script generation & production support
• Application development & business user trainings
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with business users and technical consultants
