• Act as the primary point of contact for coordination with branches.
• Responsible for collection and submission of all relevant data & information pertaining to branches as and when required by any function.
• Ensure that branch operations adhere to internal audit requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the internal audit and compliance teams to resolve audit observations promptly.
• Keep track that all branches comply with organizational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Keep up to date record and MIS related to all segments of Branch operations segment.
• Strong coordination with inter and intra departmental units.
• Handle day to day operational inquiries and provide insight to the Line Manager
• Maintenance of complete Branch Banking Staff MIS.
• Oversee the recruitment, performance evaluation, and career development of branch operations staff
• Provide on spot guidance to branches operations staff as and when required or deemed necessary

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in branch operations management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and audit processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational objectives.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations & Branch banking practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
