· Strong Business and Banking knowledge as per regulatory rules and regulations.
· Development Knowledge and configurations of products (Lending, Deposits, and Accounts) under Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture.
· Be able to implement new product development/enhancement in the existing products as per targets set by business groups / senior management.
· Clear understanding of functional knowledge T-24 Applications i.e Customer, Funds transfer, Teller, Cheque Books, Banker's Cheque, IWD/OWD Clearing etc.
· Understanding of GL/PL Line mapping and financial reporting.
· Troubleshoot and resolve the issues of user reported problem regarding Core Banking System.
· Be able to implement regulatory requirements as and when required within specified timelines
· Be able to pick up and run multiple projects with end to end responsibility SIT, UAT and package deployment.
· Develop and update Functional documentation pertaining to Core Banking System.
· Capable of maintaining a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
