The role will assist the Product & Development Unit in all product-related activities, marketing coordination, research assignments, and execution of key strategic projects. The role ensures smooth planning, documentation, market insights, campaign support, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen product performance and customer engagement.
Product Support
• Assist in developing and enhancing banking products and services.
• Draft product notes, customer journeys, SOPs, and process
• flows.
• Maintain product performance dashboards and MIS reports.
• Identify gaps in existing product features and propose improvements.
Marketing Support & Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on creative briefs, product messaging, and campaign requirements.
• Support development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital banners etc)
• Ensure consistent product branding across branches, digital channels, and field teams.
• Track product campaign performance and compile marketing impact reports.
• Help organize product launches, customer awareness activities, and stakeholder communication.
Research & Market Insights
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking for new product ideas.
• Compile insights on customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Prepare research reports and recommendations for product enhancements.
• Analyze campaign data and customer response patterns.
Key Projects Execution
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting of major product and marketing projects.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and progress summaries.
• Coordinate with departments including IT, Operations, Digital, Compliance, Sales & Marketing for project roll-out.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and implementation of new features or system upgrades.
• Ensure smooth rollout of campaigns, product launches, and communication materials.
• Compile weekly/monthly performance updates for management.
• Manage internal approvals for product changes and marketing requests.
• Maintain an organized repository of product and marketing documents.
Any other tasks assigned by line manager from time to time
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing support, market research, or project coordination (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may also be considered
Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of banking products, customer segments, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and campaign execution.
• Strong communication and creative thinking.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
