Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a creative and digitally fluent AVP – Manager Brands to support brand planning and execution across the bank’s ecosystem. The role involves contributing to integrated, insight-led campaigns that connect purpose to performance across ATL, BTL, digital, partnerships, and customer experiences.
Digital Performance Marketing
• Execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor performance dashboards and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
• Align ATL/BTL campaigns with digital targeting and retargeting strategies for full-funnel conversion.
Campaign Execution & Support
• Manage digital campaign timelines and coordinate across internal teams and agencies.
• Ideate and create engagement-driven social media content.
• Track KPIs including awareness, brand lift, engagement, acquisition, and usage.
• Support planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, PR, activations, digital, influencer, and internal communications.
Brand Strategy & Stewardship
• Ensure consistency of brand architecture and tone of voice across all platforms.
• Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to deliver impactful storytelling.
• Support rebranding initiatives, product launches, purpose-led campaigns, and key calendar moments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Business, Product, CX, and HR teams on go-to-market initiatives.
• Ensure brand alignment with organizational culture and goals.
• Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies for seamless execution.
Candidate Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing is mandatory.
• Sector exposure in at least two of the following: telecom, FMCG, banking, fintech.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and programmatic buying.
• Proven experience managing creative, media, and digital agencies.
