Assistant Manager ERM

Job Details:

    • • Assist in developing market and liquidity risk appetite, limits, policy and procedures.
    • • Monitoring treasury limits and ensure documentation and escalation of breaches to appropriate authorities.
    • • Coordinate with Treasury front and back offices with regards to risk-related queries or any further information.
    • • Assist in developing and strengthening market & liquidity risk models and stress testing models
    • • Assist in performing comprehensive liquidity risk assessments including periodic liquidity gap analysis, maturity profiling of assets and liabilities and concentration risk analysis of funding sources.
    • • Assist in monitoring treasury related risks and setting mitigation plans in coordination with relevant teams.
    • • Assist in preparation of Data pertaining to ALCO & Board Risk Committee.
    • • Ensure strict adherence to all SBP prudential regulations and instructions.
    • • Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Head ERM.
    • • Assist in preparation of ERM report for timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
    • • Assist in monitoring Risk Appetite and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
    • • Liaison with relevant departments for top risks being reported in ERM.

    • Graduate university degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent/ ACCA
    • Fresh graduate/ 1 year of experience.
    • Essential Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics
    • Capable of learning and using software (prevailing in organization)
    • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
