The role is responsible for driving the design, launch, and scale of women-centric financial products and programs by working closely with product, business, branch, and marketing teams to ensure strong market fit, regulatory compliance, and effective go-to-market execution. It oversees financial planning, performance management, and regulatory engagement for the Women Financial Services division, while ensuring adherence to risk and compliance frameworks. The position leads strategic partnerships, stakeholder coordination, and institutional recognition initiatives, and manages high-quality communications including reports, thought leadership, and award submissions to showcase impact and advance the organization’s women financial inclusion agenda.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to design, develop, and launch innovative, women-centric financial products and services aligned with market needs and regulatory expectations, ensuring timely roll-out and effective go-to-market execution.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch networks to develop a deep understanding of women customers’ financial goals and needs, while institutionalizing customer feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance product and service offerings.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance management for the Women Financial Services division, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and impact objectives.
Lead engagement and coordination with regulator and internal compliance teams on women-focused financial initiatives, including responsibility for regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and reviews related to women financial inclusion programs.
Ensure full compliance with applicable industry regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks to safeguard both client and institutional interests.
Lead the end-to-end preparation, coordination, and submission of award nominations and recognition platforms, both internally and externally, to showcase the division’s achievements and impact.
Oversee the development and submission of newsletters, thought-leadership articles, reports, and other written content that effectively communicate key initiatives, outcomes, and success stories.
Execute, and manage strategic partnerships to expand the reach, scale, and sustainability of Women Financial Services programs.
Act as the primary liaison with marketing team, coordinating communications through the designated team point of contact to ensure consistent, strategic, and aligned messaging across all internal and external channels.
