Responsible for first-level support of all applications (In-House Applications [IHA] and Third-Party Applications), managing production and disaster recovery environments, and ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of all applications. The role also includes hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents.
Provide first-level support for all applications (In-House Applications and Third-Party).
Manage production environments for both In-House and Third-Party applications.
Manage disaster recovery (DR) environments and ensure synchronization between DR and live systems.
Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and audit recommendations (SBP/External).
Deploy new portals/applications (In-House Applications and Third-Party).
Fix security vulnerabilities as per Information Security (IS) reports.
Monitor application servers and optimize application performance.
Coordinate with vendors for third-party systems and ensure timely ticket resolution.
Enforce and adhere to change management and information security policies.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Manage Azure Self-Hosted Agents for deployment and automation tasks.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer / Software Engineering from a reputed institution. Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in Application Management & Support. Experience in software development is preferred. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
