Responsible for providing first-level support for all applications (In-House Applications [IHA] and Third-Party Applications), assisting in managing production and disaster recovery environments, and supporting smooth deployment and monitoring of applications. The role involves learning and working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents under supervision.
Provide first-level support for In-House and Third-Party applications.
Assist in managing production and disaster recovery environments.
Support deployment of new portals/applications.
Monitor application servers and report performance issues.
Help fix security vulnerabilities as per Information Security (IS) reports.
Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely escalation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and audit recommendations.
Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Work with Azure Self-Hosted Agents for deployment and automation tasks.
Coordinate with vendors for ticket resolution under guidance.
Adhere to change management and information security policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution.
Basic understanding of application support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with software development concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents (preferred but can be learned on the job).
