Associate DevOps Engineer

Job Details:

    • Responsible for providing first-level support for all applications (In-House Applications [IHA] and Third-Party Applications), assisting in managing production and disaster recovery environments, and supporting smooth deployment and monitoring of applications. The role involves learning and working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents under supervision.
    • Provide first-level support for In-House and Third-Party applications.
    • Assist in managing production and disaster recovery environments.
    • Support deployment of new portals/applications.
    • Monitor application servers and report performance issues.
    • Help fix security vulnerabilities as per Information Security (IS) reports.
    • Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely escalation.
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and audit recommendations.
    • Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
    • Work with Azure Self-Hosted Agents for deployment and automation tasks.
    • Coordinate with vendors for ticket resolution under guidance.
    • Adhere to change management and information security policies.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
    • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution.
    • Basic understanding of application support and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with software development concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents (preferred but can be learned on the job).
