Responsible for product marketing and sales, client servicing, financing booking and document processing in accordance with Shariah-compliant principles. Ensure prompt delivery, repayment of financings, provide periodic portfolio information & maintain portfolio quality. Ensure appropriate customer facilitation in line with regulatory framework on Fair Treatment of Customer and Shariah compliance.
Business Growth:
• Implement the approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives of bank by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Ensure sales targets achievements by generating quality financing and avoid bad financing practices ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines.
• Develop customer relations as per defined SOP’s and best ethics and moral practices of MMBL
Cross Selling:
• Implement assigned sales/services plans to achieve business objectives by cross-selling tools.
Portfolio Management:
• Proactive implementation of bank collection and default management strategies aligned with Shariah-compliant practices.
• Intact bank policy and procedures, ensure collection/recovery in current, NPL and Charged-off categories
• Ensure recoveries deposit through cash counter as per bank defined guidelines
Compliance:
• Conduct financing booking in strict compliance with bank policies, procedures and and Shariah standards ethical standards; facilitate in implementing internal control standards in letter and spirit.
• Ensuring on track performance by conducting physical verification of the prospective clients.
• Extra care must be taken while handling of customers legal documents to avoid any misuse.
• Guide customers to deposit their financing repayments at cash counter only.
• Avoid cash handling of any customers of the bank while performing RO function however in case of collection from field proper strict compliance of collection manual including Shariah guidelines must be ensured.
Service Quality:
• Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers by following bank fair treatment of customer policy.

Any other task:
• Bank may assign any other related task from time to time
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution, however Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Finance, Management Sciences, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Agriculture will be preferable.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, with prior experience in Islamic banking highly preferred.
