Assistant Manager - PMO

Job Details:

    • As a Assistant Manager - PMO, you would manage End to End delivery of projects through the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure. To ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • 1. Project planning: Defining project scope, creating detailed work plans, setting timelines, project reporting.
    • 2. Progress monitoring: Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
    • 3. Stakeholder communication: Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
    • 4. Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate project goals, updates, and issues to diverse stakeholders.
    • 5. Analytical skills: Identifying problems, evaluating data, and making informed decisions.
    • 6. Organizational skills: Managing complex project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation effectively.
    • 7. Technical expertise: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools, and software.
    • 8. Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or PMO roles
    • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, or equivalent certifications
