To architect and implement the digital transformation of our end-to-end supply chain, creating an integrated, intelligent, and resilient operational ecosystem.
• Design and digitize end-to-end supply chain solutions for business banking and product ecosystems
• Build digital supply chain models for SME, Agriculture, & all other products and services.
• Develop digital platforms supporting asset & liability products and services of the bank.
• Integrate supply chain products with core banking, treasury and ERP platforms
• Build & embed system with customer first approach, to provide robust digital experience in microfinance industry.
• Develop API-based integrations with other systems and enterprise platforms
• Create real-time supply chain visibility dashboards for business clients
• Enable data-driven credit assessment, risk scoring, and financing decisions using supply chain data
• Automate the documentation, invoicing, settlements, and reconciliation processes
• Support Islamic and conventional product structures within digital supply chain platforms
• Align digital supply chain products with regulatory, Shariah, compliance, and risk frameworks
• Support go-to-market strategies for digital business banking solutions, with customer feedback & preferences.
• Coordinate with stakeholder departments & capacity development of the staff.
• Build partnerships with fintechs, platforms, and ecosystem players
• Lead pilots and phased rollouts for digital supply chain banking products
• Any other task assigned
Required Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, Operations, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, digital transformation, or operations
• Proven experience leading digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
