We are seeking an experienced Linux & Private Cloud Administrator to manage enterprise
Linux infrastructure and Private Cloud environments. The resource will be responsible for
ensuring high availability, performance optimization, security compliance, and operational
excellence across on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure within enterprise-scale
environments.
The ideal candidate will oversee Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud platform
management, automation, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery operations. This role
requires deep expertise in enterprise Linux systems, private Cloud architecture, and cloud
infrastructure management to support mission-critical applications and business continuity
requirements.
The Linux & Private Cloud Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams including
network, database, storage, backup, and security teams to maintain a resilient, secure, and
scalable infrastructure ecosystem.
Key focus areas include system reliability, cloud provisioning, capacity planning, automation,
compliance adherence, vulnerability management, and continuous infrastructure improvement.
What Manager Cloud Infrastructure - MMBL does?
Cloud Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand
business requirements and technical needs.
Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with the organization's
goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Architecture Development: Develop and document cloud architecture patterns,
standards, and guidelines. Create high-level and detailed architecture diagrams,
specifying components, interactions, and data flows.
Technical Expertise: Stay current with the latest advancements in cloud
technologies and industry trends. Provide expert guidance on selecting
appropriate cloud services, platforms, and tools based on project requirements.
On-premises to cloud migration
Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of cloud solutions, working
closely with development, operations, and security teams. Oversee the
deployment process, ensuring proper configuration, integration, and
troubleshooting.
Performance and Security: Optimize cloud solutions for performance,
scalability, and cost eTiciency. Implement security best practices, including
identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers.
Communicate complex technical concepts eTectively to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
Managed and administered enterprise Kubernetes environments including
Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), upstream Kubernetes (K8s), Red Hat
OpenShift, and Rancher for multi-cluster orchestration and workload
management.
Deployed, configured, and maintained containerized applications, handling
cluster scaling, RBAC policies, ingress configurations, storage classes, and
namespace management.
Administered virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and KVM, managing VM
provisioning, performance tuning, snapshots, replication, and high availability
setups.
Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
across cloud and on-prem environments.
Implemented configuration management and deployment automation using
Ansible, including patch management, server hardening, and application
deployments.
Designed and executed Linux patching automation strategies, performing rolling
updates, kernel upgrades, security patching, and compliance validation across
production and non-production environments.
Installed, configured, and supported web and application servers including
Internet Information Services (IIS), Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP , and WildFly.
Performed performance tuning, log analysis, SSL configuration, deployment
troubleshooting, and environment upgrades for enterprise web applications.
Monitored system health, ensured high availability, implemented backup
strategies, and maintained security best practices across Linux and cloud
environments.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and
automation to enhance cloud architecture and deployment practices.Manage
the team, and ensure the financial sector compliance. Manage the operations
and ensure 99.999 % of up-time.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Cloud Infrastructure - MMBL?
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Linux and Cloud administration.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale, mission-critical environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in structured escalation models.
