• Design intuitive and engaging visual user interfaces and journeys for customer facing digital channels including but not limited to App, Internet Banking and Corporate Portal.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to understand requirements and translate them into user friendly designs.
• Develop and maintain design system, style guide, UI components library and design processes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and analyze user data to make informed design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, technical constraints and business requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, tools and best practices.
• Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterations.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
• Be champion for user-centered designs within the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mastery of UI/UX design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar ones.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, information architecture, interaction design and visual design.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing and analyzing user data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in contributing to and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating effective solutions.
