Manager Centralized Operations

Job Details:

    • • Supervise, Authorize and manage the Account onboarding and Account Maintenance activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of account & all its related operations.
    • • Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to define TATs.
    • • Provide guidance and training to team for continuous improvement.
    • • Ensure all onboarding activities comply with internal SOPs, policies and regulatory requirements.
    • • Ensure strict compliance with SBP/prudential regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and KYC requirements.
    • • Coordinate with branches & relevant departments for high-Risk Accounts reviews and approvals.
    • • Monitor due diligence standards to minimize operational and regulatory risks.
    • • Oversee daily monitoring of onboarding activities including account review, MIS, and record maintenance.
    • • Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of all onboarding cases.
    • • Maintain centralized records of exceptions, discrepancies, and follow-ups.
    • • Resolve queries and escalations related to corporate and retail account opening.
    • • Submit periodic reports to senior management highlighting key risks.
    • • Drive data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
    • • Maintain updated knowledge of all regulatory guidelines related to account onboarding.
    • • Act as backup where required from time to time to perform operational activities.

    • At lead 7 years of banking experience in Account Operations, compliance
    • Minimum Graduation from reputable and HEC recognized University
    • Strong Analytical & Communication Skills
    • Strong Presentations & Operations Skills
