MMBL is seeking a BI Engineer to work on enterprise and self-service BI initiatives using Oracle Analytics Cloud Server (OACS) and other tools like Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate understands semantic layer creation, metric standardization, and end-user enablement across multiple business domains.
Job Responsibilities
• Design and manage semantic models using Oracle 19c for BI/Analytics.
• Enable Self-Service BI with reusable data models, governed access, and certified KPIs.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in enterprise reporting tools, Power BI, and Tableau as needed.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure curated data availability.
• Educate business teams on best practices for dashboard development, interpretation, and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering, Ad-hoc requirements, Dashboard development or related fields.
• Key Skills:
• Hands-on with Oracle Analytics Cloud Server, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling, semantic layer design, and governed data sharing.
• Experience with building enterprise dashboards and self-service templates.
• SQL fluency for Oracle 19c and ability to optimize queries.
• Experience implementing data access controls and role-based security.
