MMBL is seeking a Reporting Analyst to work on reports development of core banking and branchless banking KPIS using enterprise tools. The ideal candidate understands semantic layer creation, metric standardization, and end-user enablement across multiple business domains.
Adhoc-Reporting to SBP,Internal stakeholders
• Design and manage semantic models using Oracle 19c, Tableau for BI/Analytics.
• Adhoc reporting
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in enterprise reporting tools, Power BI, and Tableau as needed.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure curated data availability.
• Educate business teams on best practices for dashboard development, interpretation, and decision-making.
• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering, Ad-hoc requirements, Dashboard development or related fields.
• Key Skills:
• Hands-on with Oracle Analytics Cloud Server, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling, semantic layer design, and governed data sharing.
• Experience with building enterprise dashboards and self-service templates.
• SQL fluency for Oracle 19c and ability to optimize queries. Hands on T24 database to query related business KPIS.
• Experience implementing data access controls and role-based security.
