MMBL Business Partner will serve as the dedicated banking support liaison for Enterprise Business regional teams (North, Central-A, Central-B/C, and South). This role ensures seamless coordination between JazzCash Enterprise Business Development teams and MMBL Banking Operations, enabling faster onboarding, improved operational visibility, and quicker go-to-market execution for new partners.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive bank-related support covering partner onboarding (KYC, account opening, agreement alignment), operational issue resolution, settlement transparency, reporting enablement, and troubleshooting of bank-driven operational challenges (including Dost App issues, documentation gaps, and workflow delays).
The incumbent will be fully embedded in the Regional Enterprise Business premises, acting as the bridge between Banking Operations and Regional BD teams, removing friction, enabling faster TATs, and enhancing the overall partner experience.
1. Partner Onboarding & KYC Facilitation (Core)
o Lead and facilitate end-to-end onboarding for Enterprise partners, including:
KYC checks, documentation collection, and validation
Account opening coordination with MMBL branches
Agreement alignment and routing for signatures/approvals
o Ensure onboarding files are complete, compliant, and processed within agreed SLAs.
o Provide proactive guidance to regional BD teams on documentation standards and bank requirements.
2. Banking Operations Support for Enterprise Partners
o Act as the first-line support for all bank-side operational matters impacting enterprise clients.
o Coordinate with MMBL Operations, Branch Banking, and Compliance teams to fast-track issue resolution.
o Enable visibility into settlement status, disbursement flows, and reconciliation updates.
o Work closely with regional teams to troubleshoot issues related to:
o Serve as the primary liaison between Enterprise BD teams and MMBL Banking Operations.
o Escalate and unblock critical issues impacting partner onboarding, settlements, or service quality.
5. Regional Enablement & Field Support
o Be physically located within the regional Enterprise Business office to ensure real-time support.
o Participate in onboarding discussions, partner visits (as needed), and internal planning meetings.
o Maintain a regional issue tracker to ensure transparency and predictable resolution timelines.
o Support BD teams with updated SOPs, quick guides, and documentation templates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of KYC, onboarding workflows, and banking operational processes.
Excellent coordination skills to bridge business and banking teams.
Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on minimizing TATs and improving partner experience.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital onboarding tools, financial products, and enterprise payment flows.
High degree of ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in banking operations, corporate onboarding, or enterprise support roles.
Experience dealing with compliance, KYC, or branch operations is a strong advantage.
Exposure to fintech, digital banking, or B2B operational roles will be considered a plus.
