Manager Application Support Specialist

Job Details:

    • Technically proficient with all current and potential concepts of the IT industry • Exposure to business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations. • Excellent understanding of project management principles. • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
    • All application first level support (IHA / Third Party Application) • Manage the Production Environment of In-House & Third Party Applications • Manage the DR Environment of In-House & Third Party Applications • Manage the Application synchronization between DR & Live • Complaints Records management • Compliance to SOPs and Policies • Deploy the new portal/application (IHA/ Third Party Application) • Security Vulnerabilities fixation as per recommendation in IS Report • SBP/External Audit observation fixation as per report • All Application server monitoring and manage the application performance • Coordination with Vendor for third party relevant systems • Tickets resolution • Strictly adhere to and enforce change management policies and ensure compliance to the banks Information Security policies. • Other additional tasks assigned by supervisor
    • Hold a 4 years’ bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from a well reputed institution. In case of 2 years’ bachelor degree, Masters in same discipline will be required. • Have 3 or more years of IT experience preferably in Application Management & Support. • Software Development Experience is preferred
