    • What is Assistant Manager Talent & Culture - MMBL?
    • The Assistant Manager – Talent & Culture supports the execution of the Bank’s succession planning framework, performance analytics, talent data governance, and P&O digitalization initiatives.
    • This role works closely with all People & Organization (P&O) functions to enhance succession visibility, manage flight risk exposure, strengthen performance governance, and enable data-driven workforce decision-making across the organization.
    • What Assistant Manager Talent & Culture Does - MMBL?
    • Succession Planning, Critical Role & Flight Risk Management
    • Maintain and update the Bank’s critical role inventory in collaboration with business leaders.
    • Support succession planning processes and track bench strength and readiness levels.
    • Identify succession gaps and talent exposure risks across business units.
    • Conduct flight risk analysis using performance, tenure, engagement, and mobility data.
    • Highlight high-risk critical roles and provide insights to support retention strategies.
    • Maintain structured succession dashboards and periodic leadership reporting.
    • Talent Data & Dashboard Management
    • Develop and maintain interactive Talent Dashboards using Tableau / Power BI.
    • Leverage Data Lake and centralized Data Warehouse (DWH) for workforce analytics.
    • Collaborate with DWH and Data Engineering teams to extract, structure, and validate HR datasets.
    • Track KPIs including succession coverage, attrition trends, flight risk indicators, internal mobility, workforce stability, and performance distribution.
    • Performance Management & Deep-Dive Analysis
    • Conduct quarterly and annual performance deep-dive analysis across functions and branches.
    • Analyze rating distribution trends, calibration outcomes, and performance integrity.
    • Track correlations between performance ratings, promotions, compensation, and attrition.
    • Identify performance gaps and provide structured insights to HRBPs and leadership.
    • Prepare executive-ready dashboards and reports for management review.
    • Employee Engagement & Talent Support
    • Support execution of employee engagement surveys, talent programs, and culture initiatives.
    • Contribute to culture-building activities aligned with organizational values.
    • P&O Digitalization & Governance
    • Support digital enhancement of the Performance Management System (PMS).
    • Assist in automation of workflows and integration within HRMS platforms.
    • Ensure compliance with P&O governance frameworks and internal policies.
    • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee data.
    • What are we looking for and what does it take to be Assistant Manager Talent & Culture - MMBL?
    • Education
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or HR Analytics will be an added advantage.
    • Experience
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR Analytics, or Performance Management.
    • Hands-on experience with Tableau / Power BI and advanced Excel.
    • Experience working with HRMS / PMS platforms.
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across P&O functions and business units.
